Common Infrastructure
JNPC has been designed with an integrated approach in an area of 971.66 Hectares ( 2429.15 Acres) constituting SEZ and Non-SEZ ( DTA) areas based on the master plan developed by world-renowned JTC Corporation, Jurong, Singapore to accommodate more than 100 Pharma and Chemical Units and for an employment generation of more than 30,000 people. JNPC is having an integrated holistic common infrastructure of Quality all-weather Roads, Electrical Power Distribution networks, Street Lights, Drainage and Pipeline Systems, Water Storage systems, Effluent Treatment systems and other allied common infrastructure provisions. The capacities of the various common infrastructure are given below.
Corporate & Social Infrastructure
JNPC as a destination to attract the Pharma and Chemical industries investments had provisioned adequate quality Corporate and Social Infrastructure to serve nearly 30,000 human resources with Offices spaces, Shopping complex, Hospitality services, R&D and Incubation centres. Water Treatment Plant
JNPC has designed and developed a 20 MLD with 1000 Mtr Cube per Hour capacity the raw water is treated in the Water Treatment Plant as per the International Quality Standards ISO 10500. The raw water feed is received from the nearby Yeluru Canal and treated to potable water as per the ISO 10500 standard and supplied to all the industrial units through the HDPE distribution pipeline network with adequate pressure up to the industrial unit receiving curb point.
Common Solvent Recovery Plant
JNPC has designed and developed the Batch type Solvent Distillation cum Recovery columns which were installed to cater to all the industrial units for handling the spent solvent. This Solvent Recovery Plan enables the units to economise their CAPEX and operational costs and enhances their financial viability and sustainability in their day-to-day operations.
Green Belt Infrastructure
JNPC in its industrial city development as per the SEZ and Non-SEZ norms has developed the Green Belt with various horticulture plants and developed the green belt in an area of 143 Hectares. As a part of the CSR, the green belt is being continuously developed with its own horticulture nursery where various plants are grown to be used for the JNPC green belt growth and maintenance.
Landfill and Marine Outfall Facility
JNPC has taken utmost care in meeting the environmental norms and guidelines by providing Two Marine outfall On-Shore pipelines (16 Km each) and Two 2 Marine outfall Off-Shore pipelines (1.7 Km each) for the liquid waste discharge generated from the industrial units. Similarly, the treated solid waste is also collected and transported to the isolated land fill having a capacity of 2 Lakh TPA.
Pollution Control Infrastructure
JNPC has designed and deployed pollution control infrastructure such as the Common Effluent Treatment Plant, Hazardous Waste Management Facility, and Incineration System to effectively take care of the Pollution and Intoxic Materials Waste Management.

Incineration System
JNPC based on the estimates of the units solid and liquid waste has designed the Incineration System with a Capacity of 5.5 Mkcals/hour and is Capable to handle the following wastes generated by the industrial units and maintain the JNPC environmental and pollution within the norms
R & D and Incubation Infrastructure
In order to bring in Innovation and development of new products and API in the Pharma and Chemical Industries VPCL has designed and developed huge state-of-the-art R&D equipment and Incubation facilities in the centre. These infrastructure assets are going to be the Centre for Excellence and attract Young Entrepreneurs, Educational Institutions and other Research Associates to develop new pharma products and also optimize the Pharma & Chemical industrial processes and create high value at low costs.
