Mr. Siva S Reddy is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), he holds Degree in Commerce & Law.

He has 20+ of rich and varied experience in the field of Secretarial, Legal, Management & Administration.

Presently he holds the position of Company Secretary and Chief General Manager in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), Andhra Pradesh.

He is also holding the position of Nominee Director in various JV Companies of APIIC.

Dr. Emandi Sankara Rao has over 30 + years of experience in the field of Management & Engineering with 9 years of Board Level Management and Institutional Development experience & expertise in Infrastructure & Industry, Banking & Finance and Business Schools & Institutions.

Dr. Maheshwari C.V. has done her M.Sc in Environmental Sciences and possess Doctorate in Environmental Sciences. She has passion about matters related to environment, innovating new technologies in the field of waste management, helping young talents achieve their goals, bridging the gap of demand-supply in the field of Environment Services. She was the one to First to set up decentralized sewage treatment plant below the ground in the city of Bangalore and established more than 200 plants, she was the first to set up Enzyme based Organic Waste Management System for ITC Limited in the City of Bangalore. She was awarded Best Women Entrepreneur during International Women’s Day, 2011 at Bangalore and Indira Priyadarshini Award in recognition of outstanding services, achievements and contributions on the 96 th Birth Anniversary of Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi in 2013. She was a part of the delegation to Germany from Govt of Karnataka for the identification of technologies in the field of Waste Water Treatment during 2008 and was a part of the delegation to Germany from Govt of Karnataka for the identification of technologies in the field of Municipal Solid Waste Management in 2013. She was part of conducting many awareness seminars for bilateral cooperation for
technology transfer.
